Liability Policy

This waiver and release of liability includes any risk of participating in The Seraphim Source services, attending in-person readings, engaging in virtual readings, communicating through email correspondence for guidance or lost items, energy and biofield therapy sessions, or other services provided by The Seraphim Source. Clients using The Seraphim Source services should understand that these services are not offered as a substitute for clinical mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. I also understand that my guide is not acting as a medical professional. Clients will understand and agree that they are fully responsible for their own well-being during all sessions and correspondence, and subsequently, including their choices and decisions. Clients will understand that as a practice, all information disclosed during, in-person, virtual, or online services is completely confidential and The Seraphim Source will never share your information with anyone. The Seraphim Source respects the privacy and integrity of all clients. The only exception to this is where there is the welfare and safety of the client or another human may be in jeopardy such as threatened suicide or homicide. Clients will also understand that all comments and ideas offered by The Seraphim Source are solely for the purpose of aiding the client in achieving their defined goals or to improve or enhance their well being. The client will be able to give informed consent, and hereby give such consent to The Seraphim Source to assist them in achieving such goals. If, despite this Waiver and Release, I make a claim against any The Seraphim Source and/or it’s guides (hereby referred to as Releasee(s)), the participant (or in the case a claim is made on behalf of myself, the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s)) will reimburse the Releasee(s) for any money which such Releasee(s) incur in defending the action, including but not limited to damages and legal fees and costs. I have read this Waiver and Release, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights for myself by signing it, and have signed it freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me and intend my signature to be complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. This document shall be valid for all future sessions I may participate in.
